Paciano, l’orto in Tavola trattoria
L’orto in Tavola in Paciano, at only 10 minutes from Chiusi, Siena is already on my bucket list.
Not only because the chef and owner is Gigi Buitoni, one of my best friend, but because i know the passion and love is behind each single dish.
The restaurant director is Raffaele, from Gubbio, another of my great friend with a long experience on food from Gubbio and New York. He also is very fluent in English.
The trattoria has his own kitchen garden and Gigi, personally, selects all ingredients from local farms.
Also at L’orto in Tavola in Paciano you can find black and white truffles in season.
For families is the perfect location with a very large garden with a swing. And for honeymooners is the perfect location for a dinner with sunset views.
